    Glass products require specialized handling and packaging. We utilize industry-standard protective materials—including reinforced cardboard boxes, biodegradable cushioning fillers, or recycled paper—to ensure your items remain safe and secure during transit. Our goal is to maximize the protection of your glass products while minimizing resource waste.
  3. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times
    Shipping costs for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. We offer several shipping options for you to choose from:

  1. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  2. Handling of Damaged or Broken Items
    Although we take every precaution to ensure proper protection, glass products are inherently fragile and may occasionally sustain damage during transit.

If you receive a damaged item: Please contact us at support@nnglass.us within [48 hours] of receiving your order.

Resolution Requirements: To process an exchange or refund for you, we require clear photographs of the damaged item(s) as well as photos of the original packaging.

Upon verification, we will ship a replacement item to you free of charge, at no additional cost to you. 6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Nnglass assumes no responsibility if a package cannot be delivered or goes missing due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at the time of placing an order. Please be sure to carefully verify your shipping information before finalizing your order.
