1. 30-Day Return Period
    We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, glass products must meet the following criteria:

They must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

They must be in their original packaging, including all internal protective padding.

They must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nnglass.us.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Secure Packaging: Given the fragile nature of glass products, please ensure that you pack your return item properly and securely. We will be unable to issue a refund if the item is damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a glass product that is broken or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within [48 hours] of receipt.

Please do not ship the damaged glass product back to us. Instead, please email us clear photos of the damaged item and its outer packaging.

Once we have verified the damage, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item free of charge.

  1. Refunds
    Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email notification to inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

Refund Approval: If approved, we will process your refund immediately; the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain specific situations, we may offer only a partial refund (e.g., if the item is missing parts, or if it is not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by our error).

  1. Exchanges
    We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at the email address provided above. 6. Non-Returnable Items
    Please note that Gift Cards and Clearance/Promotional items (Final Sale items) are not eligible for return or refund.
